So here we are, an hour away from what promises to be a very...mysterious draft?

In the last couple of months, the talk on the Internet has all been about how weak this class is, where it ranks in terms of the worst of all time (I'm looking at you 1998) and where will the beloved Jimmer Fredette will end up.

It's an interesting year because national sensations like Jimmer and Kemba Walker are not at the top of the list. Kyrie Irving, who only played 11 games for Duke this season, is expected to go No. 1, but no one knows what to think about how much of a franchise player he is or isn't.

Derrick Williams gave us a taste of his greatness in the NCAA tournament, but fans away from the Pac-10 side of the country didn't know much of his skill during the season.

Throw in a list of European names and a bunch of 6'8'' small forward-power forward types, and you've got the mix of players being looked at tonight.

If that weren't enough, teams may be looking to wheel and deal current players around, doing the same type of crazy stuff you might do after a few drinks along with the knowledge that the end of the world was occurring in the next week (for me, no NBA season is fairly close).

Instead of waiting for it all to happen, I'll be right there with you, chronicling my thoughts in real-time as the draft goes along. I hope you come along for what should be an interesting ride.
