Many people believe that the greatest championship in professional golf is the US Open and many people believe that Wimbledon is the greatest event in professional tennis. Coincidentally, the two run back-to-back: Yesterday, the US Open ended, and today, Wimbledon begins.

If the French Open is any indication, we can probably easily predict who will be in the semis on the men's side: Federer, Nadal, Djokovic and Murray.

The women's bracket, however, that's something of a mess: Li Na was a surprise champ in Paris, where the top-three women failed to reach the quarters and Serena and Venus Williams were absent.

In London, it's world No. 2 Kim Clijsters who won't be playing while both Williams sisters try to make a comeback...oh, and Maria Sharapova's comeback train is also something to keep an eye on.
