Chicago Bulls Select Tyler Honeycutt with Last Pick in 1st Round
The Bulls don’t need any more firepower on their roster. They are a player away from winning an NBA championship right now. They have the reigning MVP in Derrick Rose and need one more role player to send it over the top.
Tyler Honeycutt makes everyone on the floor better. He’s efficient on both ends of the floor and would be able to put his ego aside and be a contributor, rather than a marquee guy.
Chicago is host to the Derrick Rose show. They build depth here and get a quality guy to help the cause. Chicago could very well find themselves in the finals next year.
Honeycutt is versatile and incredibly basketball smart. His addition may give them the edge on the Heat. Team continuity was proven to overrule star power in the NBA Finals this year. The Bulls are hoping that holds true next season.
