Davis Bertans Selected No. 29 Overall in 2011 NBA Mock Draft

Here come the Spurs with yet again another great international pick that we won’t see for a few years.

I don’t know how they do it, but kudos to San Antonio’s international scouting crew. They always seem to be able to find players off the grid that turn into valuable contributors at the NBA level.

Davis Bertans is going to be another great pick for the Spurs.

He big and he is only 18 years old, which will allow the Spurs to let him develop a little bit more in Europe before they bring him over.

Everything I hear about him is that he has a sharpshooter’s touch, so I expect to see him sooner than later.
