Pittsburgh Penguins: Jagr's Agent Reaching out to NHL Teams

TSN is reporting that former Penguin Captain Jaromir Jagr is looking to return to the NHL after a three-year stint with Avangard Omsk of the KHL. Jagr's Agent has apparently sent out feelers to five NHL teams. Those being the Detroit Red Wings, Montreal Canadiens, as well as Jagr's former teams, the New York Rangers, Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins.
Last season with Omsk Jagr recorded 19 goals and 50 points in 49 games. Jagr has also performed well on the world stage, putting up eight goals and 15 points in 17 games for the Czech Republic national ice hockey team at this year's world championship and at last year's Olympics.
Jagr has been linked to a number of times with a return to Pittsburgh over the last few months. Should the Penguins bring back their former captain or at this point in time should they just move on?
