Rafael Nadal: Will World No. 1 Steal the Show at Wimbledon?
World No. 1 Rafael Nadal will Steal the Show at Wimbledon
When Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal beat legend Roger Federer in the final of the French Open just a few weeks ago, there was no question that Nadal had taken the crown as the top men’s tennis player in the world.
Entering Wimbledon, Nadal is the top seeded man in the tournament, and he looks to build off of his success at the French Open.
Last season, Nadal won over Tomas Berdych and took his second title victory at Wimbledon, but this year the competition is even tougher.
While Nadal dominated at the French Open, you can never underestimate Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon.
Another issue that has plagued Rafael Nadal has been his knee injuries, and it still has to be seen whether or not he will be 100 percent at Wimbledon.
Nadal is the best player in the world, and I don’t see anyone who will give Nadal a battle fierce enough to shake him mentally. Federer is the second best player in the world, and Nadal is far above better than him.
Nadal will take his third Wimbledon will very little resistance if he is healthy.
