Could This FBS Playoff System Work?

What do you think about a 16-team bracket like this? B/R's photo system is cutting off the No. 4 seed playing the 13th seed and the third seed playing the No. 14 team. It would take four games to decide a winner, but everyone in the top 16 would have a shot at a national title.
