Tom Brady's Boot: Will It Kick the Patriots in the Behind?

Tom Brady was spotted in New York wearing a special boot, demonstrating an injury that has not yet been discussed.
Although he is clearly capable of walking and is still expected to start, there are questions as to whether this could prove to be a factor on the Super Bowl Sunday.
The New York Giants have a remarkable pass rush that will be put to the test against the stout offensive line of the New England Patriots.
If Tom Brady is not at 100 percent, this game could turn into a historic upset.
"I'll be ready for the Super Bowl," Brady said Monday during his weekly radio appearance on WEEI. "I'm not worried about that. I'm not missing this one. I'd have to be on a stretcher to miss this one."
Although Brady is not on a stretcher, a bruised foot could give the Giants' defense an edge in this game.
Keep in mind that the previous meeting between these two teams ended in a Patriots' victory, heavily supported by Tom Brady who threw for 356 yards and two touchdowns. Laurence Maroney was held to a mere 46 yards on the ground. And Eli Manning proved he can dominate against the Patriots' defense by throwing for 251 yards and four touchdowns in that game.
My point is that Tom Brady's ability on the field seemingly made the difference in the last meeting of the two teams in their last game of the season. It will certainly be a factor in the big game, especially playing against a team eager to play in their first Super Bowl appearance in seven years.
