Vince McMahon Fired: Why Triple H Will Usher in New Era of WWE

For years, the diehard fans of the WWE have been screaming about the lack of youth in positions of power in the WWE.
While many may not notice the lack of youth in the background of the show, the level of quality in the ring has been so low that it has become unbearably evident.
With the real-life departure of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon from the director of day-to-day operations, there may be a corner the WWE can turn.
The in-ring gimmick is that the WWE Board of directors has come down with the emergency decision not to let Vinny Mac control the business, but anyone in the know (Sean Waltman) can see that he is just going to take a lesser role and enjoy the later years of his life.
It will be sad to see the Mr. McMahon character go away, but we know it will never be very far away. When someone is acting up, they can just send Vinny Mac out there for the huge crowd pop and the good old “You’re fired”.
The best part of the move is that Triple H will be running the show, and he will be focusing more on the quality in the ring as well as the style on the mic.
Not only should a former great wrestler be good for the product, his presence with the wrestlers will make selling hard ideas easier to deal with. If a wrestler has to lose his belt, Triple H telling him rather than Vinny Mac has to be easier.
Let’s hope that the quality in the ring and on the mic will improve, and maybe we can hope for a movement away from the PG era they’re in now.
