On Tuesday, Scott Speed was in Fort Worth, Texas learning how to bull ride from the best bull rider of them all World Champion Tuff Hedeman.

While Speed originally wanted to ride a real bull, but that was nixed by lawyers from Red Bull. So he settled on a mechanical bull at Texas Motor Speedway.

He would wear a outfit that I see every weekend grocery shopping at my neighborhood Walmart. I'm talking about wearing a western shirt, with the Cowboy hat, but tennis shoes rather than Cowboy boots. Even funnier, he had a yellow rookie stripe on the back of his shirt.

Hedeman would give him some pointers, before he turned him loose to get tossed around by the mechanical bull.

"It's definitely one of those things that's way harder than it looks", Speed said. "I've been riding for the last hour, and I am worn out. My groin muscle is destroyed and I'm so tired". (catchfence.com)

Hedeman was impressed with Speed. Saying he's the kind of guy that could learn to ride a bull and do well bull riding. He's the right size physique wise, being a race driver he has no fear of danger like bull riders have and has the adrenaline rush they live off of doing it.

Speed would hang out with Tuff, enjoy the Texas culture sampling some barbeque and did a little early Christmas shopping at the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

Can't wait to see what's next on the "Speed Demon's", adventure checklist of fun stuff to do.

Speed said, " I enjoy experiencing different cultures and different ways of life. I'm really lucky to be able to do all that". (catchfence.com)
