Randy Couture Interview: Even a Fight with Fedor Wont Bring Couture Back

marcos villegasContributor IJune 2, 2011

Our Fight Hub cameras caught up with living legend Randy Couture recently in Las Vegas.

Couture, who we most recently saw against Lyoto Machida, officially retired from MMA competition after receiving a Ralph Macchio-inspired kick from the karate master.

Couture happened to be throwing an event for his GI Foundation when we met up with him, and from the looks of things, I think he is pretty dead set on staying retired.

When asked if a Fedor bout would bring him back into competition for one last hurrah, he answered with a stern "no," reiterating that we have seen the last of Couture in the Octagon.
