Sisters Ashlee and Jessica Simpson Team Up For Tween Clothing Line

It's always nice to see siblings remain tight throughout the years. When you consider that enormity of stardom, it is any wonder that some of these tight knit family members even continue to speak.

Jessica and Ashlee Simpson are proving that a sister's bond is a strong one indeed, and a lucrative one at that.

Jessica, fiancee to former NFL player Eric Johnson, and fellow singer and sister, Ashlee, are teaming up for a new clothing line.

I am no fashion expert. My usual dress consists of sweat or pajamas, coinciding with a shirt that most often has some mustard stain.

However, I do know a hit when I see one. I remember seeing Michael Jackson's music videos as a kid and exclaiming, "that's a hit momma." I am just too smart for my own good.

Well the name power alone here will have these clothes flying off the shelves. The line will concentrate on the Tween girl. It will be part of the already hugely successful Jessica Simpson clothing line.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, that line is set to make $1 billion in sales this year. I guess all those dollars lost in the recession were actually going to adolescent girls nabbing handfuls of Jessica Simpson clothing.

The Simpson clan is in for a great year. They have a successful business, and will soon celebrate a wedding. Now if you excuse me, I need to find a shirt with less mustard stains.
