The NBA Finals start in earnest Tuesday evening, and my insides feel like I spent a year in Mexico. It is very hard for this lone sports enthusiast to find a likable team in this mess.
I will look past my personal feelings and say that I see the Miami Heat taking the trophy. The Mavericks move the ball very well and have better talent down low. I just don't see the Mavericks stopping the two-headed monster of Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.
It will be thoroughly interesting nonetheless.
Speaking of LeBron James, he is well on his way to redemption. The man that took his talents to Miami and saddled up to another superstar is being reborn.
That was quick. I knew winning cured all evils, but a few months ago this guy was lambasted for playing with the Heat. Now he is still with the Heat, only he is getting revered as Jordan-plus.
I also have Terrelle Pryor on my docket to cover. This brain surgeon understood that the program was getting investigated, yet he shows up in a new car.
Well the only way to reward the idiocy is to get him an NFL deal, something that will happen in short order I am sure.
This is Tuesday's Late Sports News, and you have been warned.
