David Beckham to AC Milan

Bleacher ReportCorrespondent IOctober 22, 2008

It has recently been reported that during the MLS offseason David Beckham, hoping to stay in Fabio Capello’s England team, might be interested in a move to Europe to keep match fitness.

Reports confirmed that AC Milan have put in a bid to sign Beckham on a short term basis in January. They hope to keep him until the new MLS season starts.

With Beckham being 33 now he might never have another chance to play in Europe. With Milan, he will be available to play in Serie A and the UEFA Cup. He will look to keep his place in the England squad as well as maybe getting in the starting line up where he still hopes he has a place.
