Lets not forget they are still undefeated. Until someone takes them out, they should be ranked above all other defeated teams. They are for real, and they play in a major BCS conference.

It may seem a bit odd to rank them under a team from their same division that doesn't have as good a win as them, but Oklahoma State doesn't have the firepower that Texas, Oklahoma, or Texas Tech have. Which means that their defense will have to set them apart. Pick off Colt McCoy three times, and come away with a win, and I will put them at number one.

The Cowboys are still undefeated and have played extremely well. I think they go down to Texas this weekend but they should remain in the top 10 unless they lose another game this year.
Adam Lindemer No.6
Ranking will drastically change either way after this week at Texas.

Tough line play have the Cowboys in the Big 12 soth race, but they will not remain there.

Pokes may have the best defense in the Big 12, but they have to continue to produce an offense to get to the Big XII title game.

Great job not having a letdown after the big Missouri win.

They need to focus on the matchup against Texas now that they have Baylor out of the way.

Real test will be next week @ Texas.

Has played Missouri and a bunch of nobodies...that changes this weekend
Ben Lee No.9
I'll believe in this team a whole lot more if they play well against Texas. The Missouri win doesn't look as good anymore.

(previous: 13) 7-0. Good? Without a doubt. Great? The jury's still out. The road win over Missouri still impresses, but otherwise the Cowboys have yet to meet a particularly challenging foe. And no, Texas A&M doesn't count (at least not this season). Still, credit to the 'Pokes for focusing on the game at hand, and beating Baylor easily. Next week, however, represents the 2000-lb. steer in the road, as OSU travels to Austin to face the Mack Brown Express, with Engineer McCoy at the controls. It should be a good game to watch—in the same way Texas vs. Missouri was a good game to watch.

This is a great team, but I'm pretty sure that Texas will have their way with them.
