They have a win over a good Kansas team. They have looked good throughout the season. I'm not sure how long I can keep ranking them above Pittsburgh considering they lost to the Panthers at home.
Jason Hackney No.12
Standing pretty at 6-1 in the Big East. They'll have an eye on what Pitt does for the rest of the season.

Early letdown has not gotten to this team mentally. Looks like USF and Pitt for the Big East.

I'm thinking they are still regretting that home loss to Pitt...can still win the Big East as long as they can win out and Pitt lays an egg against some teams...
Jeffrey McDaniel No.14
Ben Lee No.14
They are still the class of the Big East. They are just quietly winning games.
Andy Walsh No.14
College Football Fanatic No.14
The only reason they're up this high is because of all the ACC upsets, but kudos to USF for forgetting about the loss to Pitt and coming out and taking care of business versus Syracuse.
Jonny Solovy No.14
Not sold on this team they usually collapse in the last few games but they have a very good team and should land a good bowl.
Justin Dixon No.14
Another dominating win for the Bulls. They will have to work harder the next two games to get that kind of outcome.
Burgess Shaw No.14
Dan Alexandre No.14
Archie Adams No.15
The Bulls came back firing on all cylinders after their bye week. Now they just need somebody to knock off Pitt.

Only one good win, over Kansas, and the more that Kansas loses, the less impressive it looks.
Adam Lindemer No.15
They may have fallen, but they're aren't dead yet; just don't slip against Louisville.
Steve Roeland No.15
Kevin Thomas No.16
Still just winning games.

This is an experienced team with tremendous courage and heart. Never count these guys out of anything. They have been surprising us for a couple of years and are really seeking an identity in their conference and national picture.

(previous: 22) 6-1. Whether or not the Bulls have put the loss to Pitt behind them, it still hurts. Otherwise, they're a likely Top Ten team, with the inside run for the Big East title. As it stands, they still have a good chance, but they need help from other teams. Two important road games loom, @ Louisville next weekend, and @ Cincinnati on Thursday, Oct. 30. The toughest remaining game, however, is the season finale @ West Virginia on Dec. 6.

Wow. Just a few years ago the only thing UCF was known for was employing an Al Queda professor.
