I think the Jayhawks may actually be better than Texas Tech.

Turnovers doomed them against Oklahoma, but played it closer than many thought. They will most likely end the season with 4 losses though.
Justin Dixon No.18
They kept it close in the first half against Oklahoma but they couldn't keep up with the Sooners in the second half.

Still in the chase for the Big XII North title with Missouri, but can they match up head to head with the Tigers is the legit question.

Two close losses to higher ranked teams. The Jayawks have a tough remaining schedule.
Ben Lee No.19
Their winning the games their supposed to, and losing the ones people think they should. They can buck that trend against Texas Tech Saturday.
Jonny Solovy No.19
Not sold on this team, they have at least one more loss coming and they may not end up in the top 25.
Jason Hackney No.19
Suffering the Missouri disease. Playing really tough teams, but not being able to compete with them. I am looking foward to seeing these two play at the end of the season.

Kansas played well but not well enough to beat Oklahoma. I don't think they'll beat Texas Tech, Texas, or Missouri. I think this team could very well end up at 7-5 because of their tough Big 12 schedule.

This team is struggeling with the teams they should have been struggeling against and winning against the wons the should be winning against. Perhaps they should be ranked a little higher, but they have a brutal schedule that they will have to win at to survive this season.
