The Terps are up 13-0 on Wake at the half, despite two turnovers, in a huge game—the winner will be atop the Atlantic Division standings.

Darrius Heyward-Bey has been a massive part of Maryland’s success thus far, finally having a big game and doing what you’d expect from a man with his skills: catching eight balls for 94 yards and one touchdown, which came on a halfback pass from Da’Rel Scott.

But this catch—well, this is not what you’d expect Heyward-Bey, or any other human being, to do (money shot at 35-second mark):

While we’re here—and I know this has probably been said before—I’d like to state for the record that Doc Walker is the best color commentator in all of football, NCAA or otherwise.

UPDATE: And it’s official—Maryland’s a BIG winner over Wake, 26-0. This means the Terps are now the only team in the country to have defeated three ranked opponents this season. Bet you didn’t know that fun fact.
