The Kentucky Connection is kicking in.

Enes Kanter reportedly said in his interview at the NBA Draft Combine that he wants to be drafted by the Washington Wizards to play with Kentucky Alumni John Wall:

And the blows keep on coming for Minnesota. Kanter's exact quote was, "If I had a choice, I like Washington". Unfortunately, the Wizards don't draft until sixth overall and it's a near certainty that the Turkish center will be off the board by then. With JaVale McGee manning the center position, it's unclear how Kanter might fit on the team

Let me just say that this guy clearly wants to play with John Wall and that if Ernie Grunsfeld wants another piece to the franchise, they need to try their best to move up to get Kanter in the top 3.
