WWE over the Limit: Is Cheating the Miz's Only Chance at Beating John Cena?
This Sunday at Over the Limit, the WWE Champion John Cena will defend his title against The Miz in an "I Quit" match. This is a continuation of the already long feud between the two superstars.
The WWE has tried to make it seem as though The MIz has a chance on Sunday at beating John Cena.
The WWE has made a video package and given The Miz a promo to state that he will not say "I Quit". The Miz then ambushed Cena at the end of Raw with a steel pipe.
During the match on Sunday, you can almost guarantee that Alex Riley will get involved. You can also bet on The Miz using some underhanded move or two.
The "I Quit" stipulation means that there is no disqualification, but it does not mean that The Miz can not cheat to win.
Cheating seems to be The Miz's only chance at winning anything. During his title reign The Miz did not have one title defense where he did not cheat to win.
Correct me if I am wrong—all to frequently, Alex Riley would make his way into the ring and interfere in the match. It was for those reasons that The Miz's title reign was one of the worst in WWE history. The Miz rarely wins a match cleanly, therefore he has no credibility.
On Sunday The Miz has no chance at beating John Cena. John "Superman" Cena will never utter the words "I Quit".
The Miz can use any tactic he likes but he will not defeat Cena. Hopefully The Miz can become involved in a different storyline. One that takes him away from the WWE Championship picture.
The Miz needs to build up his credibility before he challenges for the WWE Title. There is no way that someone who must cheat to win every match will take the WWE Championship away from the WWE's golden boy.
