The Broken BCS

Christopher Williams@@6thCLagniappeCorrespondent IOctober 19, 2008

The BCS is out for the first time in 2008 and although it doesn’t mean much now, there are a few questions that need to be brought up.

Why is Alabama ranked over Penn St?

Why is Ohio St. ranked higher than LSU and Florida?

Why is LSU ranked lower than Boise St and Utah?

Why is BYU in the top 25?

Is Ball St. a better team than the following?
Vanderbilt
Michigan St.
North Carolina
Auburn
Virginia Tech

If someone can give me a logical answer to any of my questions I will greatly appreciate it because after today I have to say the AP poll has a better understanding of what is going on in College Football than the BCS.
