WWE: The Rock To Appear On WWE Television This Monday, Are More Dates In Store?
WWE To Feature The Rock On Tough Enough This Monday, Will He Be On Pay-Per-View Shows Later This Year?
Just in case you were worried that The Rock was going to be off WWE television for a long period of time following that epic birthday celebration on Raw two weeks ago, have no fear because The Great One will be back this Monday.
The Rock will not actually appear on Raw, but he will be a special guest on the episode of Tough Enough that precedes Raw on USA next week.
The announcement was made official today on the WWE Tough Enough Twitter page. There is no word on exactly what The People’s Champion is going to do, but it will most likely be similar to all the other guest roles on the show so far. That is to say that he will show up in order to set up the challenge for the week.
Hopefully, the camera crew got a lot of good stuff between Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin because when those two were together at Wrestlemania 27 it was pure magic. There are just certain guys that seem to work together, and these two definitely had that certain something.
Give Rock credit for doing the show, too, because he could have used his return simply to shill his new movie opening. But he really seemed to get into being back with the WWE fans, and that has led to a number of appearances by him throughout the year so far.
There is also some speculation going around that Rock will also be appearing at Summerslam and Survivor Series, but those are not confirmed yet.
