With the June 23 NBA Draft fast approaching the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery solidified this year's picking order, helping to set the course for 14 of the league's franchises.

The difference in the bounces of lottery balls will play pivotal roles for each organization.

As every NBA team searches for the next superstar, late-round gem and everything in-between Bleacher Report brings you all the lasted news, updates and rumors as we project all the picks to come.

Justin Harper (Richmond)

At 6'10" Justin Harper is a match up nightmare similar to a Lamar Odom.

Harper improved every season with the Spiders and has four years of college basketball under his belt which may impress several scouts.

Harper has to improve the rebounding aspect of his game if he is going to succeed at the next level but he no doubt has the athleticism and physical presence to deserve a shot at the first round.

Harper is also a much-improved free throw shooter, shooting better than 79 percent from the foul line in his senior season.
