Will Kyrie Irving be the top pick in the NBA Draft?

The 2011 NBA draft order will be decided tonight when the friendly ping pong balls drop for the worst 14 teams in the league in the annual NBA Draft Lottery.

Who goes first? Duke's Kyrie Irving or Arizona's Derrick Williams?

Remember, this isn't a particularly strong draft, so after those two, it's probably a free-for-all and trades are quite likely. Also, if Minnesota is able to convince point guard Ricky Rubio of Spain—its first-round pick in 2009 who decided to remain overseas to play ball—to play in the NBA, then it likely has no need for Irving.

In fact, the Timberwolves already have Jonny Flynn and Luke Ridnour at the point, though Irving is certainly and upgrade.

The NBA draft itself will be held on June 23 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Tonight's draft lottery will be held in Secaucus, N.J., home of the NBA's television production studios.
