NBA Draft Order 2011: Quick Reaction to NBA Lottery Results
NBA Draft Order 2011, Cleveland Cavaliers and Utah Jazz Trades Pay Off
The 2011 NBA Draft Order will be finalized after Tuesday’s NBA Draft Lottery. Representatives from nearly half the league’s teams will try to land the No. 1 pick, most against all odds. Will your team land Kyrie Irving? Who will be the lucky pick charm for your team and what’s the buzz on who they’ll take with the pick? Bleacher Report has all the latest NBA Draft Order news, both leading up to the Draft Lottery and after the results are in.
Well, the Los Angeles Clippers are really kicking themselves right now. The pick they traded to the Cavaliers in a swap of Baron Davis and Mo Williams turned into the number one pick. So basically, they traded Mo Williams for Kyrie Irving.
Blake Griffen just learn now, the Clippers are cursed.
Speaking of curses, the Cavaliers have the first and fourth overall pick. If those turn into two cornerstones that turn the franchise around, we can all call it LeCurse.
The Utah Jazz’s trades paid off to earn them the third pick in the NBA Draft.
Minnesota is now number two. They needed a point guard and were set at forward. They miss out on Irving and Derrick Williams is the best available.
They shouldn’t have sent David Kahn to the lottery.
