NBA Draft Order 2011: Harrison Barnes and Jared Sullinger Should’ve Entered
NBA Draft Order 2011, Harrison Barnes and Jared Sullinger Made Mistake Returning to School
The 2011 NBA Draft Order will be finalized after Tuesday’s NBA Draft Lottery. Representatives from nearly half the league’s teams will try to land the No. 1 pick, most against all odds. Will your team land Kyrie Irving? Who will be the lucky pick charm for your team and what’s the buzz on who they’ll take with the pick? Bleacher Report has all the latest NBA Draft Order news, both leading up to the Draft Lottery and after the results are in.
Harrison Barnes has returned to North Carolina while Jared Sullinger is back at Ohio State. Looking at big boards today, the two players made a big mistake.
This is one of the worst draft classes in NBA history. The athletic Barnes and talented Sullinger would’ve been top five locks, no question about it. Each player would be in contention for the first pick in the entire draft.
Next year there’s bound to be more talent and they may not be projected as high as they were this year. Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams were their only competition and they chose to go back to school.
Don’t tell me returning to school is never a bad choice either. It’s not like these guys are going to stick around for four years to get their degree.
