NBA Draft Order 2011: With Luck on Their Side, Are Cleveland Cavaliers Back?
The ping pong balls have spoken and they have awarded Nick Gilbert and the Cleveland Cavaliers the first and fourth pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
This stroke of luck is undoubtedly pleasant surprise for a team and city still reeling from a 17-63 regular reason record and the Former-Chosen One’s so called “Decision.”
With a Baron Davis already entrenched at point guard it seems unlikely that the Cavs would select Brandon Knight or Kyrie Irving with the first choice. This leaves the Cavs with Arizona’s Derrick Williams, a super-athletic 6-8 dunking machine, sound familiar? Here’s hoping this relationship ends better than the last.
