Sometimes the pesky ping pong balls just don't bounce your way—that's what makes the NBA Draft Lottery so compelling.  These three teams were the biggest losers on Tuesday night:
1. Minnesota Timberwolves -- The T-Wolves added to a rich tradition of Lottery misery tonight by falling out of the top spot.  Even though the second pick is nothing to scoff at, they cemented their status as the unluckiest team in the Lottery's history, now having plummeted eight times in fourteen appearances.
2. Toronto Raptors -- After losing the face of their franchise last offseason, the Raptors may have to wait a little longer to find a new one.  They came into the draft with the third best odds of landing the top pick, and they fell to number five.  Tough luck for the boys from Canada.

3. Washington Wizards -- If the Wiz hope to piggyback on John Wall with another strong first-round selection in 2011, they're going to have to do it with a pick two slots lower than the odds seemed to suggest they'd have.  They fell from fourth to sixth—with little to choose from in this year's class already, that's a significant drop.

The 2011 NBA Draft Order will be set in stone after Tuesday's NBA Draft Lottery and that one event will help determine the future for nearly half of the league's teams leading up to June's NBA Draft. How will your team do? Will they get one of the league's next rising stars in Kyrie Irving, Derrick Williams or Jimmer Fredette? Will they trade the pick? Bleacher Report gives you the latest scoop on all things draft-related, including projections for all the picks.

Stay tuned to Bleacher Report to follow all NBA Draft Lottery news, including updated 2011 NBA Mock Drafts and immediate reaction and analysis to the updated NBA Draft Order.
