2011 NBA Mock Draft: Utah Jazz Select Alec Burks at No. 12
With the Jazz’s second pick in the lottery, they will look to address their need at shooting guard.
Colorado’s Alec Burks would be a good selection for Utah at no. 12.
Burks is a very versatile player and has the ability to play both the point and shooting guard. He also averaged 20.5 points per game as a sophomore for the Buffaloes last season.
His three point percentage dropped considerably from his freshman season, but if he can regain his stroke, he’ll become a good scorer for the Jazz as they look to rebuild their franchise.
Chance of Getting No. 1 pick: 0.7%
Pick at No. 12: Alec Burks, SG, Colorado
