The 2011 NBA playoffs have been anything but the norm.
The last three seasons, the Western Conference has been represented by the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals. This season, there will be plenty of new faces as Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks await two of the youngest teams in the NBA in Kevin Durant's Oklahoma City Thunder and Zach Randolph's Memphis Grizzlies.
The Mavericks have been there before, but if the Thunder and the Grizzlies bust their way through the wall that is their youth, it could be the start of the next great dynasty.
Speaking of thunder, there's a storm brewing that 99 percent of NBA fans have been fearing ever since The Decision.
The extremely hot Heat will take on the 2011 NBA MVP Derrick Rose and his ferocious Chicago Bulls. Each of these teams can also become the next dynasty in this league.
The Lakers and Celtics are done licking their wounds from being upset. They're each looking to at least get one last run out of their aging rosters.
Los Angeles' front office is definitely going to change as it's looking for a new coach. It remains unclear whether the Lakers will blow up the roster and surround Kobe Bryant with new talent, or give it one more try with veterans Derek Fisher and Ron Artest.
These questions and more will be answered throughout the day.
