WWE: Will Stone Cold Steve Austin Be Back on Raw Sooner Rather Than Later?
WWE Reached Its Greatest Heights With Stone Cold Steve Austin, Will He Be On Raw in the Near Future?
It's always good to see the Texas Rattlesnake on WWE programming, and if you want more than his hosting of Tough Enough, then you're in luck.
Stone Cold is always around one way or another when it comes to the company that made him a worldwide superstar, and in the next month or so, we'll be lucky enough to get a double dose of Austin on Raw.
In addition to being advertised for the 6/6 edition of RAW in Richmond, VA to announce the winner of Tough Enough, Steve Austin is being advertised locally for the upcoming 6/13 RAW taping in Long Island, NY.
The 6/13 date is scheduled to be a three-hour episode of RAW.
Okay, so he's going to announce the winner and odds are that that person, whoever it may be, will get involved with a feud right away after someone crashes the celebration.
It's a pretty predictable angle that will lead to Austin being in the corner of the winner in their first match on the three-hour Raw the week after.
Honestly, I don't care how predictable it is, I just love seeing Austin on WWE television. We got so many amazing moments from him during the prime of his career, and the company really hasn't had the same vibe since he left.
Austin always brought a great energy to the show, even after his neck injury and walk-out later in his run, and getting him on TV always gets me more pumped for a show than having The Rock on. Maybe it's because he gave so much to the business and The Rock is more of a movie star than a wrestler.
Either way, he's done a great job as host of Tough Enough and it's by far the best incarnation of the show. I don't see why it won't be picked up for another season and I've enjoyed watching it.
What do you guys and girls think about Austin's hosting abilities and the new Tough Enough?
