Milwaukee Bucks Continue To Build For The Future By Taking Tristan Thompson At No. 10
Fresh off the news press, Texas freshman Tristan Thompson will remain in the 2011 NBA Draft, surrendering his next three years of eligibility in the NCAA.
Thompson joins fellow Texas freshman Cory Joseph who also made the same announcement as they leave the Longhorns early for the NBA.
Thompson averaged over 13 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks per game during his lone year in Austin and will be looking to capitalize on his Big 12 Freshman of the Year award at the next level.
Continuing to build around former first-round picks Andrew Bogut and Brandon Jennings, the Bucks will be receiving a vicious scoring threat that can play any of the 2, 3, or 4 positions.
Tearing up the offensive and defensive boards, Thompson will make good during his first year of his Top 10 selection in the 2011 NBA Draft.
