2011 NBA Mock Draft: Where Will Kyrie Irving Go?

The NFL draft is officially in sports fans’ rearview mirror and the NBA playoffs are in full swing.

A select few teams are still battling for an NBA championship, but fans of most clubs are sitting at home and already dreaming of next season.

Luckily for those fans, the NBA draft is fast approaching and teams will have a chance to acquire some of the top college stars as well as international talent. History has shown that a few excellent draft selections can turn even the most hapless franchise into a playoff contender.

With big names such as Kemba Walker, Derrick Williams, Kyrie Irving and Brandon Knight all on the board, there should be no shortage of top tier talent to pick from this June. Whether your team is in need of a floor general to command the offense or a bruising big man, there appears to be ample depth at each position.

Without further ado, here is a rolling first-round mock draft predicting the destinations of the top young prospects.
