As a citizen of the once esteemed Kansas City Chief's nation, I call for the removal of King Carl Peterson's crown! We have some of the saddest days in our history and we need to make a change, before it gets worse. Although not the first one to profess this desire, but I felt it needed to be said again.

I hear the politicians each day describing the change they want for America, and I want the same change for the Chiefs.  During Peterson's tenure the team had some success, but several years later that isn't the case.  We are a new rebuilding team, and need new management who can make our young players thrive.

The Chiefs average age is somewhere around 25 years, so we are definitely lack experience and need to be shaped and molded. With what I'm sure should be another draft where we will have a top ten draft pick, more talent is sure to come. 

I make the comparison of the Chief's rebuilding, to a beautiful flower. We need to plant a seed, which is the young players that we have. We need rich soil to plant them in, which is the veterans we surround them with. The water the seeds need is our coaching staff. Most importantly we need a good gardener and I'm not sure Carl Peterson is a green thumb of growing good teams.

Whatever you think the Chiefs problem is, we obviously have a problem.  There needs to be change. I believe it all starts at the top though, and King Carl is not getting the job done.  There have been signings that should have happened, drafts gone wrong, and trades that didn't go down that couldv'e helped.

The past draft was the one exception I see, but I'm sure it was less Peterson to credit and more of the favorable situation. We have other favorable situations coming up, and need a person in charge of the team that can even improve the situation. Maybe even switch it up to a democracy, and gut a president in charge and work together.

King Carl had a great reign with the Chiefs, but we need a new leader. The best thing to do would be for him to hand in his crown and let somebody else take over, but if not we might have to take away his crown.
