NFL Power Rankings 2011: Oakland Raiders See Little Improvement

The Raiders Still Have A Long Way To Go
The Oakland Raiders begin the year with Hue Jackson calling the shots on the field and Jason Campbell as the starting quarterback. Other than that, the Raiders have too many questions for me to rank them higher at this point.
The Broncos have two quarterbacks and a plan while the Chargers were undone by special teams last year. The Chiefs may have had an easy schedule but they have a solid base.
As a result, I just do not think the Raiders are any closer to contending than they were last year.
I could be wrong, though, we'll have to wait for a the season to begin to see.

Just ahead of the Raiders are the Tennessee Titans, who drafted Jake Locker and appear fully ready to move on without Vince Young. The Titans also have Chris Johnson and what could be an improved offensive line.
There still are questions about how well Mike Munchak will handle everything, but in the grand scheme of things I still have the Titans finishing outside the playoffs, so it does not really matter.
