Pacquiao vs. Mosley Results: Why Pacquiao Will Finally Knock out Mosley
Pacquiao vs. Mosley results will mean history for Manny
Anything can be written about Shane Mosley and his chances against Manny Pacquiao, but nothing can change the fact that Mosley isn’t equipped to take on Pac-Man at this point in his career. Perhaps at a different time in his life, say five or 10 years ago, Manny might have had his hands full.
This is a slower Shane going against a supreme fighter who knows just what it takes to win because he’s done it so often and so consistently now that he only gets better every time. He’s a machine who has only one thing to prove in this fight: that he can do what has never been done.
For all the knocks on Mosley, especially given his dismal performance in his last two fights, no one has ever managed to take the durable fighter out of a fight. Those who have beaten Mosley have had to go the distance to do it.
But Manny is a different fighter, a different beast. He’s faster than Floyd and flat out better than Mora could ever be. He’s got a vicious punch that he can land from anywhere and at any time. It’s not that Mosley isn’t tough enough to take a Pacquiao punch.
It’s that he’ll never see it coming.
