Cowboys' emotions will eventually bite them

Tony Romo looked lost all day long. Team Obliterator didn't do much on the field and said practically nothing off of it(yet). Wade Phillips was talking like a crying child to the press. Yes, that is the makeup of a team with no leaders, no steady voice and for that matter, no real men. The Dallas Cowboys have some of the most mentally-unstable players that I can remember. Terrell Owens' mental physche goes up and down like a roller coaster. Tony "Romeo" is still the undrafted quarterback from Eastern Illinois who's in over his head. And Phillips is a soft coach that isn't hard on his players. What does that all add up to? A team that might make the playoffs. Right now, with all the distress over losing to Arizona and the injury to Romo, the Cowboys are arguably the worst team in the NFC East. Who is going to step up for Dallas? Jerry Jones? For goodness sakes, he had to come down last week against the Bengals and cheer up the team! There's still 12 weeks left in the season and the Cowboys have a ton of talent, but with no legitimate leaders, this team won't be doing anything.
