Manny Pacquiao puts his WBO welterweight title on the line Saturday, May 7, against Sugar Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Showtime, which has the rights to the bout, has been televising an interesting, behind-the-scenes look at the countdown to the fight called Fight Camp 360.
The first two installments have been riveting, and episode No. 3 is just as fascinating. Part of this episode shows Pacquiao training in his native Baguio City in the Philippines, where he is a god.Trainer Freddie Roach insists, "He's not taking this fight lightly like a lot of people think he is."
Of course, you might want to flip ahead to the eight minute mark where Shane Mosley's extraordinarily hot girlfriend is doing a photo shoot that he decides to attend. Good call on his part, as the girlfriend is shown in leather and chains. As Mike Tyson would say, Niiiiiiiiice.
In a more tender moment, Mosley talks about his son, Shane Jr., and what boxing has meant to the entire family.
It's all good stuff and makes for a nice prelude leading up to the mega fight on Saturday night in Vegas.
