Ronald Johnson to San Francisco 49ers: 2011 NFL Draft Scouting Report

Ronald Johnson was one of the top prospects coming out of Muskegon (MI) high school in 2007.

Though he never blossomed into the player USC fans were hoping he could be, Johnson is a legitimate deep threat who, at the very worst, can be a dangerous NFL return man.

The 49ers have had problems finding a reliable return guy for years, and Johnson should have a chance to compete for that role immediately.

Though the Niners got off to a bit of a shaky start in this draft, they're finishing nicely.
