2011 NFL Draft Grades For Today's NFL Draft

The 2011 NFL Draft: April 28, 7:00 EST, ESPN

We're only hours away from discovering whether or not the Carlina Panthers will make Cam Newton the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.

It's a tough decision for them. Fill one of their many needs with a prospect that can make an immediate impact or go all-in with a raw but talented quarterback that has the potential to become the face of your franchise for years to come.

Whatever direction the Panthers go, we'll have something to say about it.

With the NFL lockout technically lifted, this will surely be a busy day with teams possibly trying to move up for a shot a drafting a Top 5 talent.

As far as trades go, there's still question marks with player movement because of the ongoing labor disputes. Therefore, we're only likely to see picks get traded during the draft and we may not see NFL free agency officially begin until after the weekend.

But that doesn't mean there won't be anything interesting roster moves and draft choices that need to be discussed.

Something interesting making the rounds right now is the possibility that at least five quarterbacks may be drafted in the first round.

Should be a fun day to talk about football.

The pick-by-pick analysis will be ready as soon as the draft starts.
