Manny Pacquiao will fight Shane Mosley on May 7 in Las Vegas for the WBO welterweight title and, assuming all goes according to the PacMan's plan, he will win and then take on Juan Manuel Marquez in a third -- and presumably final -- fight between the two men.
But World Boxing Council president Jose Sulaiman -- is he still around?!? -- says both bouts are a farce.
The aging Sulaiman ripped Pacquiao's choice of opponents, according to BoxingScene.com.

"The latest opponent [Mosley] for Pacquiao has been chosen for him to win. Mosley is finished. He no longer has the legs or the speed or the power," Sulaiman said. "Marquez is a lightweight and a move to welterweight would give all of the advantages to Pacquiao. It's a fight that in no way should be done. Marquez is a great fighter, but there is a big difference between the current weights of both boxers."

Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KOs) and Marquez (52-5-1, 38 KO) last fought at 130-pound, according to the website.
