In just 24 hours, all the hard work put in for the last year by prospects, scouts, general managers, agents and coaches is going to come to a head.

That’s right, the NFL draft is finally here.

It’s the chance to find a franchise-changing player for each team.

For the Tennessee Titans, that search starts with the No. 8 pick in the first round.

For the first time since the mid 1990s the Titans (formerly Oilers) are looking at a season without Jeff Fisher as their head coach.

New man in charge Mike Munchak will be in an interesting position in this draft. His Titans need a new quarterback and have a number of holes to fill on the defensive side of the football.

The good news is that the No. 8 pick has a lot of value in this draft, and they could have a number of options available to them at that pick. It will just be very interesting to see how Munchak builds his team.

Stay tuned here through the weekend for updates on the Titans’ picks and what it means for the franchise in each case.
