One question that has been circulating around the NFL draft for months now is, “How many quarterbacks will be selected in the first round?”
The answer has varied over the past couple months, with as little as two or as many as five being gone in the first round.
As the NFL draft rapidly approaches, it appears four quarterbacks will be selected in the first round.
Auburn’s Cam Newton and Missouri’s Blaine Gabbert have been fixtures in the first round in every mock draft from the beginning. But lately, Washington’s Jake Locker and Arkansas’ Ryan Mallett have reappeared in the first-round mock drafts.
When the NFL draft gets underway on Thursday, it looks as if all four of these quarterbacks will be taken in the first 32 picks.
Where will these four be selected, though? Here is a complete first-round mock draft.
