Trouble in Paradise: What Can the Miami Heat Do?
The Miami Heat are having a very rough start. Not only losing their last 10, but the Heat are close to not making the playoffs. The Miami Heat obviously aren't getting it done, who's to blame?
In my opinion I think its the management. To keep a franchise running you have to find the right players. For example if you look at some of the top college teams like, UCLA, North Carolina, Duke, etc. Not saying Miami isn't a great team, but if they want to keep this great team from not falling apart they have to make decisions.
If I was the General Manger for the Miami Heat I would...
1.Get rid of Shaq
I am not a hater of O'Neal its just that he is getting old and he is not getting the job done as a center. Shaq is starting to be inconsistent.
2.Daequan Cook
Trainers should be training Daequan Cook weekly he has a lot of potential and the Heat should be taking advantage of it.
3.Scouts
The Scout(s) on Miami have to be looking for players either for the next draft or for player playing in the european leagues.
**The coaching staff is great with Pat Riley leading the way, but the coachs can't play the game.
