No Hitter Dropped In Seventh

Alex PotterCorrespondent IOctober 10, 2008

The Daisuke Matsuzaka Show has officially ended after six innings of work. The first pitch of the seventh inning was taken to right field by Carl Crawford that was immediately followed by a Cliff Floyd hit.

The Red Sox have shown the force and bruit strength of what it takes to win the ALCS. Despite the poor showing of run support, the bats have not been that bad in game one.

Some how or other, Daisuke Matsuzaka  actually pussy footed his way of the first and third corners jam just as he did in the first inning when he escaped walking the bases loaded with no outs.

On a unrelated note the Phillie have taken two straight over the Dodgers, I am kind of disappointed in The Dodgers.
