According to Fighters Only magazine, Paul Daley will be back in the Strikeforce cage this July.  A source close to the British martial artist told Fighters Only that he is being considered to fight on that card.

This fight is expected to be the debut of Strikeforce on pay per view which would make Daley even more eager to fight on the card.  Strikeforce officials and the entire MMA viewing world were impressed by his heart and determination in his recent defeat to Nick Diaz.  Daley nearly won the fight at one point with one of his powerful left hooks.

Tyron Woodley and Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos are being considered as opponents.  Santos is the likely opponent due to the fact that both fighters likely to want to keep the fight standing and produce a more exciting fight.  Both Daley and Santos are coming off losses to Strikeforce welterweight champion Nick Diaz, who could also be featured on that card.

Daley is an exciting fighter who was on a two fight win streak following his release from the UFC and gave Diaz all that he could handle in their one round in the cage.  Daley always provides an exciting fight and he did much better against Diaz than many experts projected.
