There was a rising trend for potential top picks to return to school before Tuesday. Jared Sullinger, Perry Jones and Harrison Barnes all were destined to be top-10 picks in this year's draft. All three of them decided to hold off on the millions of dollars and improve their game by returning to college.
On Wednesday, three Kentucky Wildcats bucked that trend.
Brandon Knight, DeAndre Liggins and Terrence Jones have decided to test the NBA waters by declaring for the draft. None of them has signed an agent, so the possibility to return is still open.
Knight came on strong at the end of his freshman year, hitting a few huge shots on the way to the Final Four. Liggins and Jones provided a terrorizing combination inside.
That means there are three players that will be bumped out of the first round. Who is effected by today's news? Which college basketball hero is slipping down draft boards by the day?
Here is the latest NBA Mock Draft in light of the UK trio deciding to join the association.
