I came across something that I thought was really cool, is easy for everyone to do, and most importantly, supports a very good cause.

As some of you know, tornadoes and hurricanes hit the North Carolina region on Saturday. According to state officials, 22 people were killed and more than 130 injured.

Today, the Durham Bulls announced a new initiative allowing their Facebook fans to help the victims of Saturday’s severe storms and tornadoes. For every new Facebook fan the team gets between now and the end of the homestand on Friday, April 22nd, the Bulls will donate $1 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. The team is prepared to donate up to $2,000.

Becoming a fan is super easy. All you need to do is click here.
