Jackie Robinson, Kobe Bryant and Lance Armstrong are three of the biggest sports names making headlines in today's news.

On this day 64 years ago, Jackie Robinson broke the modern era color barrier in major league baseball.

That day, one man's talents superseded the color of his skin, baseball and other professional sports are now improved all for the better since.

Kobe Bryant, continues to generate talk for a homophobic slur that he uttered in front of a camera during a live broadcast.

Also, Lance Armstrong has just been linked to an Italian doctor who was once accused of giving athletes banned performance enhancing drugs.
