2011 NFL Mock Draft Has Da'Quan Bowers Falling to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers At No. 20

Tampa Bay is starting to put it all back together and after a 10-6 season that kept them out of the playoffs, this team is almost ready to take the next step.

If they want to truly succeed in a very tough division, they have to get better in this draft or it will slow them down.

Offensively they could use another running back to compliment LeGarrette Blount, but they will not address that in the first round.

Majority of their needs come on the defensive side of the ball, and they can find starters here immediately at cornerback or defensive end.

Defensive end is a bigger position of need in my mind, and here they get the opportunity to add one of the most talented players in the draft because of injury concerns.

Bowers' status is so muddled at this point that I think he'll fall somewhere in the middle of being a top pick and falling down the board, so middle of the first round sounds just about right.

When healthy, he is a potential No. 1 pick with double-digit sack talent.

If his knee truly needs another surgery or threatens his career in any way, there is no telling what type of player he might be.

It will be a risk, but the reward will outweigh any concerns if he can get on the field.
